Our shipping and handling costs are intended to compensate Down Home Up North for processing your order, handling and packing your order securely, delivering your order to you and covering our overhead. We secure your package carefully which often involves extra packaging. If any of our products are out of stock, we will contact you as soon as possible by e-mail. Order early for holiday orders!
Items are shipping UPS or USPS at our regular shipping and processing fees.
We cannot ship outside the United States at this time.

Return Policy
Merchandise must be returned in original and good condition within 30 days. If you experience any unusual breakage, please contact our offices at the numbers above based on the months ordered.
